Refunds
- All ticket sales are final once a competition entry has been confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for completed entries, except where a competition is cancelled by the Promoter.
- If a competition is cancelled, all paid entries will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Cancellations
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any competition.
- In the event of cancellation, entrants will be notified and refunds processed within 14 working days.
Failed or Invalid Entries
- Entries will only be valid if payment is successfully completed and the skill question is answered correctly.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for failed, incomplete, or late entries due to technical issues or postal delays.
